Spinning Together
Reflecting on the importance of the table and food in our relationships, the desire arose to create a plate that rotates on itself, “forcing” people to share food and turning it into a starting point for conversations, with various motivations and advantages.
The rotation of the plate promotes sharing and interaction between users. By rotating it, each person has access to a variety of foods and is encouraged to serve others, thus creating an atmosphere of conviviality and togetherness at the table.
This can help break down social barriers and create an atmosphere of companionship between participants.
